"map initialization failed", to solve this problem,
1) run smarteye monitor in WINDOWS administrator mode
2) IE version of this WINDOWS PC should be equal or more than IE11
3) this WINDOWS PC should have no limit to internet, e.g. can open map.google.com in browser
pls note, IE11 is necessary here, may google-search IE11 for WIN10 etc to find installation package for IE11 or higher version,
