replace CMSV6 with smarteye

smarteye well supports JT808/JT1078 for GPS tracker, vehicle mount mDVR etc

thus pls just connect your vehicle/car GPS tracker or mDVRs to smarteye by just changing server IP to new smarteye server IP.

JT1078 is the national standard for vehicle mount mDVR streaming protocol, while JT808 is the national standard GPS protocol.

BTW, GT03/GT06 GPS protocols are also well supported .
