LED:

power up, the green LED lit up with a beep to indicate bootup done,

long press WiFi button until blue LED lit up and a beep,

PC tools to setup WiFi

install USB driver, run  SZ-DirectUSB-Setup-v2.2.19.0.exe, if this fails, try run Bodycamdriver.exe.

USB drivers is   Ambarella bodycam libusb in device list.

power off the body camera, then long-press PWR button (hold on, no release), then connect the camera to WINDOWS PC via USB cable, run the dll_form.exe, click connect, enter passwd 000000 , there will be 3beeps if connected.

video resolution is fixed to 1080P, can't change. 

long press the wifi button on the camera for 3s until the blue LED starts to blink,   there will be 2beeps if connection to AP/router success.

 

RTSP stream out

BD30 can work as AP hotspot or STATION mode to connect to external AP/hotspot, 

for P2P RTSP stream retrieve, AP mode is good for BD30, due to it's IP fixed to 192.168.1.1, 

hotspot from BD30, SSID:  AP_snnumber like AP_56f0d2,  passwd: 88888888

RTSP URL,  rtsp://192.168.1.1/liveRTSP/av4

below picture shows BD30 works in STATION mode and connects to a phone's hotspot and get an IP of  192.168.147.66, 

firmware upgrading

connect the body camera to WIN PC via USB cable, unzip "mtx273-202411213-28181-smarteye-xxx.zip" to firmware file "SigmastarUpgradeSD.bin", copy it to the root path of the camera, reboot, new firmware will be FLASHed in automatically.

pls note, make sure the battery will sustain the process, or else it will damange and have to return to REPARE.
