run IE/Edge to visit the camera by http://192.168.1.100 ,  make sure your PC has an IP at  192.168.1.xxx,

1) set up network, typically setup APN for your local SIM card, or setup WiFi

2) enter GB28181 parameters for smarteye server

 

步骤1检测PC与球机的网络连通

1、将电源和网线连接好后，长按3秒开机键，摄像机先自动进行水平和垂直方向运动，通过自检 确定球机正常运行。

2、将PC 的 IP 地址设置为自动获取。注意：球机4G模块默认开启DHCP，网线连接时不要跟其他路由器连接在一起。

步骤2--查看球机IP可以通过局域网IP搜索工具（searchTool）辅助查看&修改默认IP，

或着是设备已经有默认IP(默认IP：192.168.1.100)， 浏览器建议用IE11或者IE核的浏览器例如360，不支持chrome。默认的用户名/密码都是admin 。
