WHEREAS Besovideo Co.,Ltd, who are official manufacturers of Body worn cameras, having factories at 3th Floor, building No.5, Section B, DaShuiTian Industry Park, GuanLan Town, ShenZhen, China, do hereby authorise CGS General Enterprises Ltd to submit a bid in relation to the Bidding Document indicated above, the purpose of which is to provide the following Supplies, manufactured by us Body worn cameras and to subsequently negotiate and sign the Contract.

We hereby extend our full guarantee and warranty in accordance with Clause 28 of the General Conditions of Contract, with respect to the Supplies offered by the above firm in reply to the Invitation for Bids.
