about RTSP stream in mobile CCTV system

RTSP from the camera directly

it's waiting for stream-pull mode, but there hardly is a fixed IP for this camera, which is seldom available for those mobile cameras.

ONVIF, 

use HTTP port 8000 to register to a NVR.

 

RTSP stream out from smarteye server

thus a fixed IP is available on the server .  RTSP output is built-in in smarteye server-E system.

the URL is: 

rtsp://user:passwd@serverIP:Port/PU_ID/channel/media

media can be omitted or av
