Firmware Upgrade for BC310

SP_Flash_Tool_Instruction

Before software ready, pls keep the BC310 body camera power off and not connected to the windows PC.

Windows drivers

Usually this is a generic driver for windows system, not necessary to install.

1.Unzip the “Driver_Auto_Installer_v1.1236.00” .RAR file, and press install option(see below image)

 

 

And after install complete(see below image)

 

Setup SP_Flash_tool

Unzip the“SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1836.01.000 file”，and select the Flash Tool.exe, double open  (see below image)

 

 

2.After open, you will find below flash tool interface (see below image)

Open Download Agent--choose option，under flash tool folder ,select the MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin file, see below image  :

 

 

Open Scatter-loading option，under BIN software file catalog, select MT6765_Android_scatter.txt (MT6765_Android_scatter.txt)file ，see below image：

After do well, it will appear below image：

 

Start to download&flashing

Here, prepare to do downloading&Flashing, keep the camera power off, click “download”, then connect the camera to PC via USB cable,

make sure the camera won't boot up to android before flashing finished，if it does, then there must be errors.

3.Select the firmware upgrade option(see below image) , then press the download button, then insert USB cable that the cable connector is longer with match to our Body worn camera(The body worn camera must be power off  with battery) ,then will start upgrade(see below image)：

Note: If you use other company’s USB cable, it will not touched well and failed to upgrade.

 

And wait 1-2 minutes, it will flash success, see below image.
