1. 2. When construction personnel enter hazardous areas or encounter abnormal situations such as falls, the smart helmet will automatically send an alarm signal and transmit the alarm information to the monitoring center and the relevant management personnel's mobile phones.

3. Through the positioning function of the smart helmet, management personnel can grasp the real-time location distribution of construction personnel, allocate human resources reasonably, and improve management efficiency.

 

4. Prevention and control of falls from heights: The safety helmet is equipped with an inertial measurement unit (IMU) and a speed sensor, which can identify the "falling posture" (such as free-fall acceleration). It triggers an alarm within 1 second and automatically sends location information to the rescue team, while simultaneously activating an audible location prompt (facilitating nighttime rescue).

 

5. Equip construction personnel with smart helmets that integrate functional modules such as positioning chips, vital signs monitoring sensors, emergency call buttons, etc. Conduct functional tests and parameter calibrations on the helmets before installation to ensure that the equipment performance meets standards. At the same time, organize special training to explain in detail to construction personnel the usage method of smart helmets, data viewing methods, and operation procedures in emergency situations, so as to enhance their proficiency in operating smart equipment and safety awareness.
