5000 IPcameras connect to VMS/smarteye by GB28181, GB28181 is a national standard of networking IPcameras in China, every IPcamera made in China supports this standard video streaming protocol, and RTSP/ONVIF is also a standard option for LAN visit, while GB28181 is typical for internet visit.

use HIKIOT APP to initiate your IPcamera if it has WiFi built-in

scan the QR code to install an APP(HIKIOT) onto your android phone, this is needed to activate this IPcamera, to initiate the passwd for admin for later WEB access. this APP has no English version. if a phone number&SMS needed to register, my phone is available, 13355692871, and ask me for SMS Verification code.

note: if your IPCamera has no WiFi, then run SADP tool on WINPC to initiate over ethernet cable.

here, the IPCamera itself provide wifi hotspot to your android phone, connect your phone to this wifi hotspot, passwd is the SN number like "FN7626599".

the passwd should be 8~16characters by at least 2sets of normal a~z, Capitals, digits, special character, pls write it down and make sure remember it.
