- Remove the requirement for a minimum of 2 built-in microphones from the body camera technical specifications.
- Recording parameters are based on 12 hours per day of continuous recording at 1080P @ 25fps.
- Centralized rack-mounted UPS as per the installed equipment load with a two-hour backup time for each location.
- We are required to supply and install (160) single-port docking stations, (160) double-port docking stations, and (160) six-port docking stations.
- There are no concerns regarding supplying docking stations with a higher number of ports, but we must strictly adhere to the total quantity of (480) docking stations.
- We can supply double-port docking stations instead of single-port docking stations.
- Supplying SIM cards is not our responsibility; only an LTE Band 28 4G/5G slot is required.
- Video offloading from body cameras shall be through the docking station only and through Data Management System.
- The design will include 15 data storage units along with 15 client workstations, management and alarm system software and a database server for each location, as each site will operate independently.
- Remove the IR requirement from the body camera technical specifications; only night mode is required.
- Battery life shall be at least 12 hours (continuous recording at 1080p @ 25fps).
- An LCD display shall be provided to show camera status details such as battery life.
- Audio format shall be AAC or an equivalent format.
- Vendor training must be provided by a certified trainer.
- Three years of warranty and support from the handover date.
- Remove the image format JPG and image resolution 16MP from the body camera technical specifications.
