mini 4G NVR VI-F user manual
Brief
mini 4G NVR(VI_F) accepts both CCTV camera and IPCamera as video input.
Functions include,
1) 4G LTE live video/audio
2) Recording to local storage
3) GPS optional
4) Snapshot and upload to server
5) 2way audio

how to setup the NVR
2 way to config a 3G/4G wireless DVR
1) connect the DVR to a PC by Ethernet cable, and run the lan_search_config_tool(sacdil_pc.exe), to find the DVR in LAN and configure it.
2) run smarteye/client(manager.exe) to config the DVR remotely when it get connected to smarteye server.

A windows tools software is provide to search and configure the DVR in LAN.
Before run the tool, the device has to be connected to a PC via the mini-usb cable,as shown below,
connect directly to the PC, better disable wifi&4G network on this PC/laptop.
or both PC and device connect to a HUB/LAN switch, as shown below
till u see the 100Base-T connection success on the WINDOWS PC.
run sacdil_pc.exe
setup video input channel by smarteye client/Manager(pls note, this C/S client software is old software, abandoned now)
select IP camera(ONVIF) as input, IP address, username/passwd of this IPCamera should be known well before setting,
to work with new WEB_based software, have to set it to GB28181 protocol instead of default smarteye protocol
